Our room prices are as follows
Single Room ............................................ £40 per night
Double/Twin Room ................................. £65 per night
Double Room Single Occupancy ........... £45 per night (Sunday - Thursday only)

Special 3-Night Stay Offer
Stay for any 3 nights in any double or twin room for the great value price of £180.00 including breakfast any further nights will also be charged at the cheaper pro rata rate
Arrival & Departure
Arrival times are between 12.00 noon and 10.30 pm. If you need to arrive outside these hours please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements.
We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as set out below:
Deposit & Cancellation
A credit/debit card is required as a guarantee for all reservations. Dilmore House reserves the right to authorise all credit/debit card details when confirming a reservation. We are a small B&B and cancellations affect us significantly; if you find you need to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 3 days in advance of your arrival day. If less notice is given, including a reduced reservation period or in the event of a "no show", we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
A reservation made for seven days or more must be cancelled one week prior to the arrival day. Less notice will incur a charge of 75% of the full booking cost.
If you do need to cancel a booking please telephone and we will confirm your cancellation by return.
Children

Pets
Sorry we do not take pets other than assistance dogs .
Smoking Policy
Dilmore House is a totally non smoking establishment . Guests who wish to ignore the smoking policy and have smoked in their rooms will be asked to leave and will forfeit the full ammount of the reservation costs plus a £100 cleaning fee. .
Payment Methods
We can accept payment by cash or the following credit/debit cards. Due to the removal of cheque guarantee cards we regret we are no longer able to accept personal cheques.
